Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and / or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join our healthcare technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and quality. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in modern engineering practices and thrive in an Agile environment. Roles & Responsibilities : -

• Design, develop, and maintain healthcare applications and components including :
• Browser-based single-page applications (SPAs)
• Micro frontends
• Microservices
• Orchestrated workflows
• Participate in all phases of software engineering :
• Requirements analysis
• Application design
• Code development
• Testing and deployment
• Follow Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every two weeks.
• Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns to build robust and scalable systems.
• Contribute across the full software product lifecycle : from prototyping and architecture to deployment.
• Define and drive improvements in code quality, automation, code coverage, and inspection processes.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor developers on coding standards, problem-solving, and application architecture.
• Develop unit and integration tests using a test-driven development (TDD) approach.
• Document and communicate design and code specifications effectively.
• Adapt to new programming languages, platforms, and frameworks as needed.
• Maintain a structured and disciplined approach to work.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and directives, including flexibility in work location, team assignments, and shifts. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must Have Skills : Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills : Experience with React.js, Angular. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
