Requirements
Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalized marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and clean data.Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align CRM activities.Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.Create and execute targeted sales / marketing campaigns through CRM.Track and report key KPIs like customer satisfaction, churn, and retention.Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with vendors / IT support when required.Document CRM processes for continuous improvement.Desired Skills
