Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Business Development Executive, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, developing strategies for growth, and ensuring effective communication to achieve business objectives. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to align customer needs with organizational offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and the ability to identify opportunities for organizational growth
• Strong skills in Account Management and creating long-term relationships with clients
• Excellent Communication skills to convey ideas and collaborate effectively, both externally and internally
• Experience in Business operations and strategic planning
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills
• Experience in sustainability, recycling, or waste management industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
