Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Pathanamthitta. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting branch targets. The role includes developing business strategies to attract new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments for smooth branch functioning and reporting to higher management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
• In-depth understanding of banking products and processes, including Microfinance, MSME loans, and other retail asset loans
• Proficiency in using banking software and digital banking tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sales and marketing acumen to drive branch growth
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a managerial role in a banking environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
