[Immediate Start] Human Resources Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Associate, located on-site in Chennai. The Human Resources Associate will handle day-to-day HR recruitment activities, managing operations, assist in recruitment and onboarding, and support training and development programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor laws and facilitating communication between management and employees.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manpower planning and execute hiring
• Effective networking with business and other functions state level leadership to further organizational agenda
• Mandatory branch visits for Employee Connect
• Talent Development in collaboration with L&D Team
• Appropriate staffing level is maintained in region(s) at all times
• Resolution of complaints / grievances of Employees, drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan
