Job Title : Oracle ERP Presales Consultant
Role Type : Full-Time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities :
- Pre-Sales Support :
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Respond to RFPs / RFIs and create solution proposals.
- Conduct business process analysis and gather client requirements.
- Design solution blueprints aligning Oracle ERP capabilities with client needs.
- Solution Expertise :
- Act as a domain expert in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, SCM, and HCM.
- Stay updated with Oracle product developments and roadmap.
- Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales cycle.
- Collaboration & Strategy :
- Work closely with sales, marketing, delivery, and advisory teams.
- Participate in account strategy and planning to drive demand.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Client Engagement :
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and webinars to showcase Oracle ERP value.
- Articulate ROI and transformation potential to clients.
Required Skills & Experience :
5–10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (Fusion preferred).Strong understanding of ERP business processes and best practices.Proven track record in pre-sales or solution consulting roles.Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.Experience with Oracle Cloud tools (e.g., BI Publisher, Integration Cloud).Oracle ERP certifications (Finance, Procurement) preferred.
