Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job description6+ years of experience in QA / testing of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, STLC, and defect life cycle. Hands-on experience with manual testing; automation knowledge (e.g., ATF, Selenium) is a plus. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and modules. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST). ISTQB or other QA certifications.
PST overlap : 7 hours
Job Title : ServiceNow QA Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide QA updates.
