Customer Journey Analytics Developer

Infogain is looking for a CJA Developer.

About the Role : This role involves working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to implement and optimize data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Adobe CJA implementation.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data layer.
• Experience in creating CJA connections and configuring reporting tools.
• Proficiency in defining dashboards and using CJA widgets.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot data inconsistencies in CJA.
• Overall 5+ years of experience in digital analytics or related fields.
• Prior experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
