We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional post-sales support and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, warranties, and return policies.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (warehouse, service, R&D) to ensure quick and complete issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm issue closure and ensure satisfaction.
- Support customers in order tracking, replacements, and refund-related concerns.
- Utilize CRM and ticketing tools to log, monitor, and update case statuses efficiently.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Prepare and share weekly reports on customer satisfaction, issue trends, and key support metrics.
- Collect and document customer feedback to help identify opportunities for process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory).Strong problem-solving ability, patience, and a positive attitude toward customer engagement.Experience using CRM tools, ticketing software, and MS Office applications.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure.Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, logistics, or customer journey management will be an added advantage.Why Join Us
