Urgent Search : Technical Footwear Lead

Responsibilities :

1. Lead research and development, drive technical innovation across all footwear components, with a primary focus on sole molds, polymer compounds, and fabric / upper development

2. Oversee the creation and optimization of polymer compounds, ensuring differentiated sole functionality & quality

3. Manage the technical processes of sole mold selection to production

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into the design and manufacturing processes.

5. Ensure that all technical innovations comply with industry standards and regulations, conducting rigorous testing and analysis.

Qualifications :

1. A Rubber technologist with similar educational background

2. Must have deep expertise in Sole molds and compound.

3. Understand upper fabrics, knitting in depth.
