Shift Timings : Night shifts(6.30PM-3.30AM)

Job Description :

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across various construction domains.
• Responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities with clients.
• Review and analyze active client requirements to identify and source suitable candidates.
• Utilize multiple online resources including social networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates fit and technical competence.
• Present career opportunities to qualified applicants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.
• Participate in daily huddles with management peers and Account Managers to ensure all requirements are covered and potential closures are managed successfully.
• Source candidates from job portals (Dice CareerBuilder Yahoo Hot Jobs) and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
• Handle both contract and permanent positions; well-versed in US terms like W2 C2C 1099 and US visas.
• Extensive experience in managing the complete US recruitment life cycle including W2 tax terms.
• Experience working directly with clients; excellent communication skills are required.
• Experience in working with construction domain clients is required
