About the Role

Are you passionate about growth, networking, and closing deals?

We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive who can drive new client acquisitions, nurture relationships, and help scale AdsGrip’s digital marketing services across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through online and offline channels.
  • Present AdsGrip’s digital marketing, branding, and ad-tech solutions to businesses.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage CRM updates, proposal follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for pitch decks and client campaigns.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing agency environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Branding).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRM, and Sales Navigator is a plus.
