Cloud QA Expert

Strong understanding of Converged Storage management, Storage Provisioning, Storage Area Networking and System Management domain

Experience in Storage Area Networking technologies and associated protocols such as Fibre Channel, FCoE, iSCSI

Extensive experience in system manageability domain

Hands-on experience in testing and automating the storage management solutions

Strong knowledge of the storage domain features and the industry leading products

The candidate should be hands on Automation using any of the standard scripting tools and test framework

Whitebox testing, including ability to read through product code, debug issues, improve coverage, identify missing scenario will be an added advantage

Experience in defining and driving the Functional, System, Performance and Security tests

Strong leadership skills, including coaching and team-building

Ability to work with and influence value chain partners in developing the solutions

Well versed with Agile development process and should able to drive high standards towards quality of products being delivered

Should be able to handle ambiguity and provide meaningful direction to the team

The candidate should have the ability to influence Technical experts and leaders across organizations and should possess the Ability to take technical decision based on release quality, requirement or issues priority and resolve issues.

Must be self-driven and self-motivated, must have experience in leading the test teams

Hands-On experience in design and development of automation framework and simulators

Expertise in Unix shell script, Perl script and Python scripts

Experience in programming in Java

Creative problem solving and aptitude for systems thinking

Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical staff and management.
