Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government
departments, regulatory authorities, and external agencies.
Ensure timely acquisition and renewal of permits, licenses, and approvals required foroperations or projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant government policies, regulations, and legalrequirements.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., legal, projects, administration) to ensure documentationand processes align with statutory compliance.
Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and negotiations with public authoritiesand stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on submissions, approvals, and escalations to relevantgovernment bodies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key officials and representatives.Prepare regular reports and updates on liaison activities, compliance status, and risks.Address any compliance-related issues or delays in coordination with legal and projectteams.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, Political Science,or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in liaison or regulatory affairs, preferably in [industry – e.g., realestate, infrastructure].
Strong understanding of government procedures, documentation, and local laws.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work with public sector bodies and regulatory agencies.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.Proficient in MS Office and documentation handling.Skills Required
