About the Role
We’re looking for a Human Resource Executive who can blend people empathy with process efficiency.
You’ll manage hiring, onboarding, engagement, and culture initiatives across Flexi Pitches, Flexi Roundtables, and other ecosystem brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction sessions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance trackers.
- Support HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance requirements.
- Plan engagement activities and help build a high-energy workplace culture.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and feedback.
