Role Description

This is a full-time Branch Manager role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for remote work. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for building you team of RMs & overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring Advisors satisfaction. You will also be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with Advisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch management and business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Knowledge of wealth management products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
• Must have NISM V-A Certification.
