🔹 Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls through Exotel IVR system .
- Communicate professionally via our WhatsApp Business Verified Device .
- Send updates, follow-ups, and official communication using Google Workspace email .
- Maintain and update customer records through Google Forms and Google Drive .
- Use Microsoft Excel / Word on Microsoft Work Account (365 Business Standard License) for reports, documentation, and analysis.
- Provide timely updates on customer queries, issues, and resolutions.
🧠 Requirements :
Prior experience in customer support, CRM, or telesales preferred.Good spoken and written communication in Hindi and English .Proficiency in using Gmail, Google Forms, Google Sheets / Drive, and MS Office.Laptop / Desktop with a good internet connection and a quiet work environment.Self-motivated, organized, and dependable with daily work tracking habits.💼 What We Offer :
