📍 Location : Bangalore / Hybrid | 💼 Experience : 3–6 Years
We’re hiring at NextICRON Technologies ! Looking for experienced Standard Cell Design Engineers passionate about transistor-level design and PPA optimization.
This role focuses on cell design, not characterization , and involves developing high-quality standard cell libraries for advanced technology nodes.
🔹 Responsibilities :
- Design and optimize standard cells for performance, power, and area (PPA)
- Work closely with layout and PDK teams for rule-compliant, manufacturable designs
- Perform schematic-level design, functional verification, and circuit simulations
- Ensure DRC / LVS compliance and collaborate with CAD and automation teams
- Deliver design collaterals for characterization and library integration
