Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Occupational Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Lead Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and providing guidance for pediatric and adult patients. Daily tasks include collaborating with medical professionals, documenting patient progress, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective communication and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Experience in Pediatrics and working with children
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Relevant certifications and a degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Fluency in English and additional local languages preferred
