Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on development experience and be proficient in customizing and extending Service Cloud capabilities to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Apex Classes , Triggers , Lightning Components (Aura / LWC) , and Visualforce
- Work on Case Management , Omni-Channel , Knowledge Base , and Service Console enhancements
- Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best development practices
