Business Development Position
We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to schedule qualified sales appointments for our internal team. The successful candidate will work with warm leads, follow a clear qualification checklist, and maintain our CRM up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- ▸ Make targeted outbound calls to warm leads and handle inbound callbacks and email follow-ups
- ▸ Qualify prospects (need, timeline, ability to purchase) and book them on the Closer's calendar
- ▸ Use company scripts professionally and personalize where appropriate
- ▸ Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and submit brief end-of-day updates
- ▸ Coordinate with the Setter Lead to improve show rates and lead quality
