Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Hyderabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars. The day-to-day tasks will involve consulting travelers on their travel itineraries, providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Additional responsibilities may include responding to travel-related inquiries and resolving any travel issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in travel booking software and systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus
