The role involves handling client queries, managing daily front office operations, maintaining records, and actively supporting sales by converting walk-ins and inquiries into memberships.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & ReceptionGreet members and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.Handle incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and WhatsApp / email queries.Provide accurate information about gym services, membership packages, and facilities.Sales & Lead ManagementConvert walk-ins and inquiries into paid memberships.Maintain and update lead follow-up trackers (via CRM / Google Sheets).Coordinate with the Sales Executive / Branch Manager for closing membership deals.Operations & AdministrationManage front desk operations including attendance records, visitor logs, and access control.Ensure smooth check-in / check-out of members through the gym’s software / app.Handle billing,
