JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise and monitor ongoing construction activities ensuring work complies with design specifications quality standards and safety norms.
- Coordinate with site engineers contractors vendors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and verify quantities of work completed jointly with site engineers.
- Oversee site documentation maintain site registers and update progress reports daily weekly and monthly.
- Support smooth logistics management for material delivery and usage monitoring.
- Prepare review and process running account (RA) bills advance bills final bills and subcontractor / vendor invoices based on verified work progress.
- Verify quantities and conduct material reconciliation to ensure accurate billing and prevent excess consumption or wastage.
- Calculate and certify bills in alignment with contract terms project progress and client approvals.
- Follow up with accounts for timely payment collection and assist in resolving payment disputes.
- Maintain accurate billing documentation update bills of quantities (BOQ) and manage rate analysis.
- Liaise with project management and finance teams to ensure billing aligns with project budgets and schedules.
- Use billing and project management software for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Strong civil engineering background with knowledge of construction management estimation and quality control
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and contract documents.
- Experience in measurement costing and reconciliation of construction works.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to manage multi-stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports financial statements and billing certificates.
