About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Assistant Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our paid marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A / B testing to boost campaign

performance.

  • Manage allocated ad budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present weekly / monthly campaign performance reports with data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with BI team to get granular data understanding for further improving campaign approach.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive marketing Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven ROI delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRO, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.
  • Ability to steer the team in a new direction depending on the requirements.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
