Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad area for an Automation Trainer. The Automation Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules on automation tools, creating curriculum plans for automation courses, conducting hands-on training sessions, mentoring trainees, and ensuring participants' skill development. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements in automation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, including knowledge of scripting, robotics, and software automation frameworks.
• Strong teaching and communication skills, with experience in mentoring or training individuals or teams.
• Ability to design effective training modules, create curriculum content, and conduct hands-on practical sessions.
• Familiarity with industry trends, updates in automation technology, and best practices in the field.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and an aptitude for analytical thinking.
• Previous experience in automation training, instructional design, or relevant certifications is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
