We are expanding our Operations team in Hyderabad and looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Resource Manager to support effective project delivery and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Support effective project delivery and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations in a services/consulting environment.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with resource management systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Kantata.
• Experience working with Microsoft or Microsoft partners.
• Understanding of professional services delivery models.
• Exposure to project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
