Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while nurturing long-term relationships with prospects and clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base
Formulate and execute annual sales strategies and growth goals
Leverage modern sales tools and insights to identify new leads, track progress, and strengthen client engagement
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate Ventures or luxury housing sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate Management (MBA preferred)
2–4 years of proven experience in real estate, luxury housing, or premium property sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling approach
️ Understanding of construction processes, sustainability principles, and luxury lifestyle trends
Proficiency in CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and market analytics
Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about creating value for clients
