Job descriptionInteract with students & parents to explain NEET & IIT-JEE programs Guide learners in selecting the right batches, programs, and study plans Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversion for smooth enrollments Provide career & academic counseling focused on competitive exam preparation ️ Maintain accurate student records and counseling progress using internal systems Collaborate with faculty and operations teams for seamless onboarding ️ Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages ❤️ A passion for education and empathy toward students & parents Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (especially in education / coaching) preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills & enthusiasm for education are welcome!
