Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor located in Shillong. The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, driving performance management initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination in HR functions. The role involves supporting the overall HR management to align with business goals and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Knowledge and experience in implementing HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and employee engagement practices
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is an advantage
