GoDaddy's Domain Search team is seeking a versatile and experienced Engineering Manager to help us advance our Domain Search platform—a vital component driving GoDaddy's customer growth, revenue, and innovation. In this pivotal, hands-on leadership role, you'll collaborate with global teams including USI, DI, GDII, DnAI scientists, and FORGE, enhancing our domain search experience, architecture, analytics, and integrated product offerings across our 42 global markets.

What you'll get to do...

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 engineers across India, providing technical mentorship on architecture, design, and code reviews
• Own our engineering pipeline, ensuring smooth production support for modeling and LLM work on GoValue, AutoComplete, Misspell Recommendations, and Merch API name generation models. Drive ML engineering initiatives related to feature engineering, MCP, AI reasoning, and model serving
• Develop and implement tactical plans, select appropriate technologies and frameworks, and build sprint backlogs and roadmaps in partnership with Product Managers, Program Managers, Architects, and leadership
• Champion engineering and operational perfection, focusing on automation, quality, and efficiency. Building, improving, and enhancing exceptional services that help our internal customers succeed
• Collaborate with global partners, ensuring the squad delivers high-quality code and solutions end-to-end
• Partner across GoDaddy globally to advance our Domain Search platform and develop add on products and advertising as our users search for a domain
