We are seeking a sharp, analytical professional to join our Business Operations team as a Sales Quality Analyst .

Role Description :

In this role, you will begin by manually auditing sales calls to identify what defines a successful conversation at Error Makes Clever. Your primary focus will be to uphold high-quality standards by ensuring every lead is effectively managed and utilized. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, requiring daily progress reporting and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manual Call Auditing : Listen to and review a large volume of recorded calls against predefined quality and compliance benchmarks.
• Insight Generation : Find what's working well, common challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting : Prepare and share clear, data-backed reports on call quality and team performance with sales managers and stakeholders—until the automated quality tool is implemented.
