Job description

Amaris ACT is a center of excellence within Amaris, specializing in HR solutions, including implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), and migration projects, and we are proud partners of Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Cegid.

The ideal talent will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports, and customizations. The candidate should have experience in Workday HCM, with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools.

Your missions

• Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
• Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.
• Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporate them into integration strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
