We are looking for a
Junior Sales Executive
to manage our Singapore sales portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, customer-facing role
and is excited about the international real estate and student housing sector.
Location :
Noida, Sector 18 (Work from Office)
Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday + 2nd & 4th Saturday (Work from Home)
Salary :
₹30,000 - ₹35,000 / month
Responsibilities :
Handle direct inquiries about our Singapore properties and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
Manage leads from marketplace operators, converting inquiries into successful sales.
Conduct virtual property tours and guide tenants through the leasing process.
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and manage key accounts.
Follow up on leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications : Prior experience in
sales or business development , preferably in real estate or hospitality.
Excellent
written and spoken English
to communicate effectively with international clients.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage partnerships independently.
Fresh graduates are welcome if they are driven, eager to learn, and have a go-getter attitude.
