Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in accounting, specifically with GST and ITR. Proficient in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in GST, ITR, bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger management. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations while maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records including journal entries and ledgers.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Provide support in financial audits and assist with the implementation of financial controls.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
