Client Delivery Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful execution of complex digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for aligning client expectations with internal delivery, and ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained — all while managing multi-disciplinary teams across design, technology, and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple accounts.
• Define and maintain scope, timelines, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with design, tech, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients;

manage communication, expectations, and escalations.
