PR corportae & communication manager
Key Responsibilities :
Public Relations & Media Management :
- Develop and execute strategic PR plans for corporate initiatives, project launches, and leadership profiling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and media houses.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, interviews, and feature stories.
- Organize press conferences, media briefings, and site visits for media personnel.
- Monitor media coverage and track press mentions; manage media clipping reports.
Corporate Communications :
Develop internal and external communications including company newsletters, speeches, reports, leadership messages, and stakeholder updates.Manage the company's communication for key events, CSR initiatives, and partnerships.Ensure brand tone, language, and visual identity are consistent across all communications.Crisis Communication & Reputation Management :
Prepare and implement crisis communication plans to safeguard the brand image.Act as the first point of contact for sensitive media inquiries or adverse news.Work closely with legal, HR, and management on any reputational issues.Content Strategy & Thought Leadership :
Collaborate with marketing, digital, and content teams to drive thought leadership content (blogs, articles, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers).Pitch leadership for awards, speaking opportunities, and expert columns.Stakeholder Communication :
Support investor communication, press releases for new launches, MoUs, partnerships, and key milestones.Assist in drafting communication for RERA, CREDAI, and other regulatory bodies if Master's degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.5-8 years of experience in PR and communications, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or lifestyle industries.Existing relationships with regional and national media (especially in real estate or business media).Key Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong media network and media relations experienceAbility to craft compelling press stories and corporate narrativesCrisis communication management experienceStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office, media monitoring tools, and PR software(ref : iimjobs.com)
