Job description1-3 years of hands-on experience in UI / UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing real product designs, not just concepts. Solid understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and interaction design. Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop. Ability to handle feedback professionally and contribute fresh, strategic design ideas. Strong communication skills you can explain design decisions clearly and confidently. Experience working in agile environments is a plus. Knowledge of motion design, prototyping, or UX writing is an added advantage. Work on high-impact projects that shape the future of our product. About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail driven, and product focused UI / UX Designer who can transform complex workflows into clean, intuitive, and delightful digital experiences. If you love solving real user problems, crafting beautiful interfaces, and designing products that people enjoy using every day this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile platforms from research, wireframes, UI, prototypes to final design delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Create clear user flows, task flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns.
- Build high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes in Figma / Adobe XD.
- Design design systems, component libraries, and maintain UI consistency across the product.
- Ensure every screen you design is polished, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Iterate fast… and with purpose.
