We are looking for a Billing Specialist to manage the complete billing cycle for US operations — from receiving data to preparing invoices, ensuring quality, and coordinating clean handoffs to the receivables team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of billing workflows in a logistics or operations environment
Requirements
Education :
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or related field.
Experience :
2–5 years of hands-on experience in billing, AR, or finance operations for US or international clients .Prior experience in transportation, logistics, construction, or BPO preferred.Skills :
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation).Familiar with QuickBooks, TMS (Transportation Management System), or similar ERP tools .Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).High level of accuracy, integrity, and time management .Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone) .Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end billing process , ensuring invoices are complete, accurate, and submitted on schedule.Review job details, trip sheets, and rate confirmations for accuracy before invoicing.Maintain audit-ready billing records and ensure documentation is compliant with US client standards.Communicate professionally with internal teams (operations, dispatch, payroll, and AR) for clarification and missing data.Support Accounts Receivable by providing backup documentation, summaries, and reconciliations.Identify inconsistencies in data and escalate issues promptly for correction.Contribute to process improvements , automation, and template standardization.Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all financial documentation.Benefits
