Internship Coordination :
Collaborate with companies to provide internship opportunities for students.Ensure students gain hands-on experience through industry projects and training programs.Monitor and assess student internship performance and feedback.Industry & Alumni Relations :
Establish partnerships with industries, corporate firms, and government organizations.Develop and maintain alumni networks for better job and internship opportunities.Collaborate with professional bodies and chambers of commerce for industry exposure.Data Management & Reporting :
Maintain student placement records and prepare reports for university management.Track recruitment trends and suggest improvements in training programs.Ensure compliance with university policies and industry standards.Required Qualifications & Skills :
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.Additional certifications in career counselling, training, or HR management are a plus.Experience :
3 -6years of experience in placement, corporate relations.
