Job descriptionStrategically lead the design and execution of multi-stakeholder programs from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with both government priorities and philanthropic goals. Lead program strategy, stakeholder alignment, co-design and high-quality delivery, ensuring the initiative drives systemic impact at scale. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government officials (IAS officers, ministers, etc.) and philanthropic funders Align government priorities with philanthropic mandates to position the organization's role as a critical execution and systems partner. Diagnosing complex challenges by breaking down the problem statement Guide internal teams to ensure timely, quality-driven execution of programs and problem-solve. Ideal candidate : 10-15+ years experience, government / philanthropy exposure, program design skills, entrepreneurial mindse tRole reports directly to CE OSomeone who thrives in collaborative, impact-driven environments .Government partnership exposure, ability to sell / design program sHas designed and delivered multi-stakeholder programs not just maintained relationship sStrong understanding of Indian governance and philanthropic landscapes .Sector agnostic, but understanding of multiple philanthropic priorities preferre dTravel - 40-50
As a Partner, you will be a senior leader in the organization, responsible for driving impact, leading high-value engagements, and nurturing strategic relationships. The Partner will serve as the face of the organization for both the government and philanthropic ecosystems and will be responsible for converting opportunities into impactful, sustainable programs that drive change on the ground. Typically, you will work on :
