Strategic Leadership & Program Ownership
Strategically lead the design and execution of multi-stakeholder programs from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with both government priorities and philanthropic goals.Lead program strategy, stakeholder alignment, co-design and high-quality delivery, ensuring the initiative drives systemic impact at scale.Philanthropic and Government Engagement
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government officials (IAS officers, ministers, etc.) and philanthropic fundersAlign government priorities with philanthropic mandates to position the organization's role as a critical execution and systems partner.Thought Leadership
Diagnosing complex challenges by breaking down the problem statementGuide internal teams to ensure timely, quality-driven execution of programs and problem-solve.Experience :
