Creative Director, Social Media

About the Role

Airial is reimagining travel planning with AI, and we’re looking for a visionary creative director to define how that story comes to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. We’re looking for a leader who lives and breathes cultural trends, social storytelling, and visual language—and who wants to shape how an AI-native travel brand connects with the world.

What You’ll Do

Define Airial’s Creative Voice Across Social :

• Lead the creative vision and execution for Airial Travel’s social media presence, making our brand the go-to name in AI-powered travel inspiration.
• Develop concepts, campaigns, and formats that are visually striking, emotionally resonant, and highly shareable. This isn’t a role for content churners or clickbaiters - quality over gimmicks.
• This role reports directly to our Director of Marketing and works closely with the founding team. We’ll collaborate closely, but you’ll have the trust and autonomy to let your creative eye cook.
