GM Project Planning & Control ( Commercial Real Estate)

CLIENT : Leading Commercial Real Estate & Leasing developer of Grade-A commercial properties serving a reputed and multinational Business clientele in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore.

This position reports to COO-Real Estate and is based at corporate level in New Delhi.

Key Drivers :

• Oversee and head the Project Planning function at corporate level.
• Monitor and review projects along time, cost and quality & techno-commercial coordination with all stakeholders.
• Implement project management techniques for effectively tracking progress & status of projects, periodic project review meetings.
• Prepare & present project status reports to management.

Ideal Incumbent :

ANNUAL COMPENSATION : 35-40LPA
