Key Responsibilities :
- Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management SCM modules with 6-8 years of hands-on experience.
- Manage full lifecycle implementation, including discovery, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support.
- Drive end-to-end Order to Cash cycle functionalities : Order Management, Inventory Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Data Hub, and Manufacturing.
- Integrate Oracle Order Management with other SCM cloud modules such as Procurement and Shipping / 3PL (Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight Settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs Handling, Landed Cost).
- Participate in and lead client discovery sessions to gather requirements and map business processes to Oracle functionality.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including configuration guides, process flows, user stories, test scripts, and testing plans.
- Support UAT and post-go-live hypercare activities ensuring smooth transition and issue resolution.
- Lead workshops related to process design, configuration, testing, and validation.
- Collaborate effectively with clients to enhance business processes and implement best practices.
- Provide expert advice on Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management solutions and demonstrate strong client-facing communication skills.
- Exhibit ownership, commitment, and teamwork attitude in all project phases.
Professional & Technical Skills :
Extensive functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management.Strong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud implementation lifecycle and best practices.Experience with configuration, data conversion, and RICEFW component design and development.Hands-on experience in cross-module integration within Oracle Cloud SCM.Ability to lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Skilled in documentation and presentation tools such as MS PowerPoint.Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent client interaction capabilities.Skills Required
