Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management SCM modules with 6-8 years of hands-on experience.
• Manage full lifecycle implementation, including discovery, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support.
• Drive end-to-end Order to Cash cycle functionalities : Order Management, Inventory Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Data Hub, and Manufacturing.
• Integrate Oracle Order Management with other SCM cloud modules such as Procurement and Shipping / 3PL (Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight Settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs Handling, Landed Cost).
• Participate in and lead client discovery sessions to gather requirements and map business processes to Oracle functionality.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including configuration guides, process flows, user stories, test scripts, and testing plans.
• Support UAT and post-go-live hypercare activities ensuring smooth transition and issue resolution.
• Lead workshops related to process design, configuration, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to enhance business processes and implement best practices.
• Provide expert advice on Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management solutions and demonstrate strong client-facing communication skills.
• Exhibit ownership, commitment, and teamwork attitude in all project phases.
