Why We’re Hiring :
We’ve recently adopted a next-gen CRM platform to manage multi-brand, multi-user journeys, and we’re ready to white-label it, build out sub-accounts for our different verticals, and launch high-conversion automations at scale.
Now we need YOU! A CRM Specialist who’s got hands-on experience with low-code marketing CRMs , automation builders, app integrations, and client journey mapping.
Your Core Responsibilities :
- Lead CRM customization and architecture for multi-brand sub-accounts
- Design and implement white-labeled client-facing CRM interfaces
- Build and manage smart workflows, triggers, and lead automations
- Integrate CRM with :
- Website forms and funnels
- WhatsApp & SMS tools
- Payment gateways & enrollment systems
- Email marketing platforms & analytics dashboards
- Configure appointment calendars, internal pipelines, and sales dashboards
- Coordinate with design and tech teams to build client onboarding funnels
- Ensure proper data mapping, tagging, and segmentation for campaign logic
- Set up lead tracking systems across portals, landing pages, and ad campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to translate needs into functional automations
Requirements
Skills & Tools You Should Know :
Minimum 2 years of CRM implementation experience (marketing or sales CRM)Experience with white-labeled CRMs or SaaS resellersStrong understanding of :Workflow builders (visual logic / triggers / if-then flows)Form builders , calendars, lead scoringEmail & SMS automationSub-account creation and multi-brand account handlingFamiliar with API integrations, webhooks, Zapier / Pabbly / Make.com / N8NComfortable working with tools like :WhatsApp APIGoogle WorkspaceCalendly or in-app calendarsPaypal / Razorpay or similarBonus : Familiarity with CRM apps that bundle funnels, websites, automations, pipelines, email / SMS, AI chat, Wordpress and reviews - even better if you’ve built systems for agencies or education or tech!Who You Are :
Analytical and process-driven with strong attention to detailCapable of understanding user journeys and business logicFast learner who keeps up with CRM trends and low-code platformsComfortable training others and documenting CRM processesOpen to working on new ideas, multiple brands, and ambitious projectsBenefits
