Hardware & Firmware Engineer Internship in Bangalore, Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Design and Prototype : Develop hardware circuits and PCB layouts for various IoT and embedded devices using KiCAD / EasyEDA / Eagle. Create prototypes from concept to working models.
• Firmware Development : Write efficient embedded C code for microcontrollers (ESP32 / STM32 / Arduino) implementing communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, WiFi, Bluetooth) and real-time operations.
• System Integration : Interface various sensors (IMU, GPS, temperature, audio modules) and actuators with microcontrollers. Implement wireless connectivity and IoT capabilities.
• Power Management : Design and optimize power systems for battery-operated devices, implement sleep modes, and ensure 8+ hours of operational battery life.
• Testing and Debugging : Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters to debug hardware issues. Conduct thorough testing of firmware functionality and edge cases.
• Collaboration and Documentation : Work with software team for API integrations, maintain detailed technical documentation, BOMs, and circuit schematics. Manage version control using Git.
