Key Responsibilities
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends by brand, city, and store.
- Analyze menu performance, identify top-selling and underperforming items
- Monitor aggregator metrics – impressions, menu opens, conversion rates, and AOV (Average Order Value).
- Prepare actionable dashboards for management (Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, or Data Studio).
- Operational insights- measure kitchen prep time, cancellations, and order delays; recommend process improvements.
- Data reporting & automation- create automated reports and trackers (daily / weekly MIS).
