Role Overview :
We are seeking experienced Siebel Developers with strong expertise in CRM configuration, integration, and telecom domain solutions. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Siebel 20.xxxx and above, and a proven track record of delivering complex CRM implementations in telecom environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize Siebel CRM modules including :
- Account & Contact Management
- Assistant Agent Billing Care
- Siebel Open UI and CRM Scripting
- Lead and support Order Management and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) using Webservices and APIs
Implement and maintain :
1. Siebel Workforce Management
2. Siebel PRM / Dealer Management
3. Siebel Field Service modules
Design and generate reports using Siebel BI PublisherCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performanceParticipate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentationEnsure compliance with telecom industry standards and best practicesRequired Skills & Experience :
8+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM developmentStrong proficiency in Siebel Configuration, Open UI, and CRM ScriptingDeep understanding of Order Management and EAI (Webservices, APIs)Experience with Siebel Workforce, PRM, Field Service, and BI PublisherFamiliarity with Siebel Version 20.xxxx and aboveMandatory : Minimum 6 years of Telecom domain experiencePreferred : Exposure to RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) implementationsSoft Skills & Attributes :
