President, PMS & AIF Business

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic CEO – Capital Markets to lead our PMS, AIF, MF, and Advisory business across B2B2C and D2C channels. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership, revenue accountability, and responsibility for scaling AUM, channel distribution, and digital-led customer acquisition .

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the P&L, revenue growth, profitability and long-term business strategy.
• Drive AUM expansion across PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds & advisory products.
• Lead multi-channel distribution (B2B2C & D2C) with strong partner ecosystem growth.
• Build and execute sales strategy, marketing funnels and digital acquisition journeys.
• Strengthen customer experience, RM productivity, and channel revenue models.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and capital market regulatory frameworks.
• Lead high-performing teams, scale operations and drive organisation-wide excellence.
