Domain Head- ISV, Product & Platform

Major responsibilities are as follows :

Domain Development : Lead the ideation, design, and development of our Domain offerings, execute roadmaps to meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. Create a unique offering for ISVs by leveraging a platform mindset and creating sell to and sell with propositions addressing the PDES & IT services landscape.

Customer Acquisition : Will lead and drive new pursuits along with Sales Head, Sales BDM and demonstrating excellent customer interfacing skills, customer business understanding.

Pre-sales, Sales Support : : Provide comprehensive pre-sales support by working closely with technical teams and customers to define and design the best solutions for their requirements. This includes conducting discovery sessions, understanding customer pain points, providing product demonstrations, drafting proposals, and addressing any technical queries or concerns. Additionally, you'll help translate customer needs into clear requirements for product development and roadmap planning.

Market Research & Analysis, Event participation : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape in the ISV, product & Platform segments. Create insights to inform & prepare / articulate strategy, prepare campaigns per customer (either EN or NN) and foster faster decision-making.
